Hi all

Could anyone help me?. I have had double glazing installed about a year ago. The last 3-4 months have seen a damp patch appear on the plaster half way up on the vertical right handside in my kitchen. There doesn't seem to be a damp problem. Hope this makes sense and any solutions or answers would be appreciated.
