Anyone had an extention built??? please post the good and bad of your builders.

Hi, certainly looks a new place to me. Well I will be needing one such expert builder soon. We have purchased a home which has a garage adjacent to the outer entrance. We do not need it so want to make it as an extension of our rooms. I would be glad to hear about the best available builders who can handle these. Any help would be much appreciated.
