Its basically about the cost factor of which we are totally unaware. I am planning an extension and my requirements are to build a bedroom and a small lounge which is going to be attached with the main house. As far as space goes our area has ample land but before proceeding I need to have a clear idea on the costs involved for this. This also covers the charges of materials, plumbing and the planning part. Can you help me?
