im on a job that needs new light rose,s iv been told i need to check the regs as some one will be around next week to check all the elctrics and hope fully pass it. there is 3 core wire with non insulated earth will i have to insulate the earth.all so is there any regs on how the wires sit eg thery all must be side by side or can i just have them passing under or over ech wire thanks guys
