Default UFH v Radiators

Need to renovate the house so i'm looking at replacing the central heating system with foil UFH in bedrooms and cable in kitchen. I hope to eliminate the need for radiators in the house and have a new smaller boiler for hot water to bath, shower etc. Has anyone got any experience of UFH upstairs and its efectiveness?

Thanks
